ILSA
As you may be aware, there is an Immanuel Lutheran School Association (ILSA) meeting tonight, February 8 at 5 p.m. in the school gymnasium. Allow me to share some thoughts with you regarding this organization.
Who is this group? They are YOU: parents, grandparents, teachers, adults who are concerned and drive the direction of our school through decisions and fundraising efforts and then follow those decisions and man the efforts for the sake of our children. ALL of our children, but especially those of ILS.
Why? As Pastor Krueger's sermon asks you, what is your motivation for being involved? Maybe you are not involved, why not? Are you happy with the direction of the school, the dates of upcoming events? Did you know you could influence these? Were you not personally invited to be a part of the organization and feel slighted? No one is ever left out if they have information. I truly hope that everyone, even our extended ILS family, knows how to become informed. Our teachers and staff are quick to answer texts or emails answering your questions about Immanuel. Fill in the 'contact' form and you can expect a quick response from Mr. Hering.
Tonight's (2/8/17) meeting is at 5 p.m., lasts about 1 1/2 hours and is held in the gymnasium of school to provide ample room and space for discussion. See you there.
