Raising funds

"It's that time of year again...", "Would you consider donating to...", "We are raising funds for..."

Why is raising funds for our school important when God can do all things without our meager offerings?  He could give us more than we would ever be able to thank Him for simply because He loves to gift His children.  Consider the thought that sharing what God has given us is more than projecting a profit, but reminding each of us that what God has given us really isn't ours. "Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows." - James 1:17.

What does Immanuel do with the gifts God gives us through you?  We fund field trips to offer our students insight to how diverse the animal world is (Irvine Park, Chippewa Falls).  We offset some tuition costs for large families and those who know how important God's Word is for their children, but find themselves temporarily jobless.  We obtain technology to open the world to our students while studying history, science and social studies.  We have also shared these generous gifts with Immanuel Lutheran Church.

By no means should anyone feel obligated to purchase anything in the name of fundraising for Immanuel Lutheran School.  Any purchases and donations are welcome and deeply appreciated as we continue to share God's amazing grace in our school and community.
